Customer Service
Yes. If you notice any malfunction or unusual behavior (abnormal noise, irregular movement, abnormal tension of the membrane, etc.), we recommend that you stop operating your Coverseal. In this case, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos and/or videos showing the issue you observed. These elements will help us quickly analyze the situation and offer you the most appropriate solution.
Once these points have been checked, follow the steps below according to your model:
Automatic Model (with one or two solar panels)

For older versions, make sure that the winter switch, located inside the housing, is set to “ON” before using the remote control.
It is also possible that the transmitter battery is depleted, it can be easily replaced. -
After confirming that the switch is set to “ON” and the battery is working correctly, press both buttons on the wired control simultaneously.

If the issue persists, the system battery is most likely empty. In that case, use the manual operation to secure your pool, then contact our after-sales service as soon as possible: office@coverseal-austria.at
Semi-Automatic Model

Start by checking that your remote control battery is fully charged.
